Pay for what you actually use

The tiers differ in three things: how many sources you can subscribe to, how many calls you get per day, and how fast data lands. Endpoints, fields and auth never change, so upgrading needs no code change. Prices in USD, billed through member.databridge.world.

What fair use means here
Unlimited means normal use. If one account eats more than 5% of the platform's total fetch budget, we'll come talk about a dedicated instance before we throttle anything.
How limits count

Three things that trip people up

What counts as a feed

One source is one feed. Changing the keyword filter doesn't create a new one, and neither does switching output format.

What counts as a call

A list request counts once, even if it returns 200 items. Fetching a single item counts separately.

What happens at the limit

You get a 402 and no more responses until 00:00 UTC+8. No charge, no suspension, no data loss. You can upgrade in the console.

FAQ

What people ask before paying

Does the free tier expire?

No. There's no trial countdown and no card required. Quota refills the next day; upgrade only if you need more.

Can I upgrade and downgrade freely?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period. Partial periods aren't prorated.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund within 7 days of your first subscription, provided you've used under 10% of the period's quota. After that, no refunds, though you can cancel renewal at any time.

Can I resell or redistribute the data?

No. The subscription grants use inside your own systems. Resale, redistribution, or embedding into a product you sell requires a separate agreement.

Can I self-host instead?

We don't offer a private deployment of the whole thing. The fetching and cleaning is something you can build yourself, if you want a job that never ends. What we sell is that it keeps working, the fields stay aligned, and you don't maintain it. Dedicated instances are negotiable.

What if a source breaks?

Sources failing for more than 24 consecutive hours don't count against your feed quota. The console flags them with a reason, and backfills once recovery succeeds.

Which payment methods work?

Cards and major online payment providers, settled at member.databridge.world. For bank transfer or invoicing, email us.

Not sure which tier? Start free.

Two weeks on the free tier usually tells you how much you need.
